Qualifications

• Experience in grooming with 2+ years under a professional groomer.
• Strong supervisory capability and willingness to mentor staff.
• Ability to work with dogs and cats and demonstrate patience and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and audits.
• Ensure grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Groomers and Groom Technicians and oversee training.
