Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Salon Leader to oversee the grooming salon operations, coach staff, ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness, and drive business growth. You will manage scheduling, training, and daily performance while delivering exceptional service to pets and their owners.

You will lead grooming teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with store management to plan staffing and projects.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge and skills in grooming with 2+ years experience
• Associates may read, write and count; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience supervising grooming staff preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and safety checklists
• Audit grooming SOPs and cleanliness; ensure compliance
• Assist in hiring and onboarding Groomers and Technicians; mentor trainees
• Drive salon growth through customer outreach, events and partnerships
• Provide professional grooming services for dogs
• Maintain safety, sanitation and animal welfare standards
