Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Salon Leader to oversee the grooming salon operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service to pet parents and their pets. The role emphasizes achieving targeted goals, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and sanitation across the grooming program.

You will hire and onboard groomers, mentor talent, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years grooming pets under supervision by a professional groomer.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats; patient and compassionate with animals.
• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase required tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling, safety checklists, and audits.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Groomers and Groom Technicians; mentor trainees.
• Drive salon growth through customer engagement, appointments, events, and community outreach.
• Maintain grooming SOPs, sanitation, records, and compliant operations.
• Communicate performance, scheduling, and sales results with Store Manager.
