Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Salon Leader to manage the grooming shop operations, lead a team of groomers and technicians, and drive customer service excellence. You will oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced retail grooming environment.

The role requires 2+ years grooming experience, supervisory aptitude, and the ability to work varied shifts. Tools are typically provided by the company or bought by the candidate as needed.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills in grooming with 2+ years of experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase them.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Reading, writing and counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling, safety checklists, and audits.
• Lead grooming team development through coaching and performance reviews.
• Provide professional grooming services for dogs and maintain high standards of care.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and record-keeping policies across the salon.
