Qualifications

• 2+ years grooming experience under a professional groomer.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grooming shop operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist in hiring/training new groomers and technicians.
• Drive growth through customer engagement and events.
• Maintain records and manage inventory within budget.
