Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years grooming pets under a professional groomer; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; reading/writing/counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling and audits.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Groomers and Groom Technicians; mentor during training.
• Drive salon growth by engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and participating in events.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to grooming SOPs and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records of services performed and vaccination records.
