Petco is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to head our grooming operations and coach a talented team of groomers. You will ensure exceptional pet care, manage schedules, and drive salon performance with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years grooming experience, leadership skills, and a passion for pets. This full-time role requires availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a professional groomer with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong grooming and breed-specific knowledge.
• Proven ability to train and coach grooming staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and customer service.
