Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee daily grooming operations, manage the salon team, and ensure customers and their pets receive outstanding service.

You will perform professional grooming, coach staff, schedule appointments, monitor performance, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. This full-time role requires 2+ years as a professional groomer and leadership experience; weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a professional groomer.
• 1-2 years' salon management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with pet parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach grooming staff.
• Create and manage grooming schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Perform professional grooming services per standards.
