Qualifications

• 2+ years as a professional groomer or completion of grooming program.
• Leadership experience in a salon setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with pet parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and supervise grooming staff with coaching and evaluations.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to maximize capacity.
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
• Collaborate with store management to hit sales and salon goals.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide grooming recommendations.
• Perform expert grooming services including baths, cuts, nails, and safety checks.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitize tools per policy.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all animals in the salon.
