Petco is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee daily grooming operations, lead a team of groomers, and deliver exceptional care to pets and pet parents. The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a professional groomer, 1–2 years in salon leadership, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a professional groomer
• 1-2 years salon management experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and scheduling
• Hire, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations
• Manage inventory and grooming supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity; implement improvement plans
• Provide expert grooming services and ensure breed standards are followed
• Educate pet parents on home care and grooming maintenance
