• Minimum 2+ years grooming experience under a professional groomer.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats; patient and compassionate.
• Must provide own tools or be willing to purchase required tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling, safety checklists, and audits.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Groomers and Groom Technicians, and mentor trainees.
• Drive salon growth by engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting services.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with Store Manager to review staffing, plans, and forecasted performance.
