Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Pet Stylist Apprentice program with Petco or equivalent grooming experience.

• Excellent grooming knowledge of breeds and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, cuts, and styling.
• Operate grooming tools and maintain sanitation.
• Prioritize pet safety and comfort and report concerns.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and offer grooming recommendations.
• Train or supervise trainees in the absence of a leader.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment.
