Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston, TX is seeking a Utilities Clerk (ages 16-17) to support the Produce Department and assist customers on the floor. The role involves bagging groceries, carrying out items for customers, and helping maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities include retrieving carts, performing price checks, assisting with go-backs and checkout upkeep, and removing waste from the parking area.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-to-one and small group situations to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the store floor and in the Produce Department as needed.
• Bag groceries for customers and carry out groceries when requested.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety at all times.
