Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston is seeking a Utilities Clerk (ages 16-17) to support store maintenance and assist customers on the floor. The role involves bagging groceries, carrying out groceries when needed, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co-workers.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proper store maintenance, particularly in Produce Department, and assist customers on the store floor.
• Bag groceries for customers and carry out groceries when requested.
• Maintain and retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, assist with check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.
