Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members to support the Grocery team in Beverly, MA. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, fresh displays, customer service, and assisting with inventory and sanitation while adhering to WFM standards.

Team Members must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Training and growth opportunities are available within the store’s Whole Benefits program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by stocking and front-facing products.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, dairy and frozen cases.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to supervisors.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program and keep areas clean and presentable.
• Complete required worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and sweeps.
• Participate in periodic inventory checks.
• Provide courteous customer service and effective upselling.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety procedures.
