Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to support daily store operations in Westford, MA. You will stock shelves, ensure clean displays, assist customers, and participate in sampling programs while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, ensuring pricing accuracy, and demonstrating strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability are a plus.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean and well stocked; front-face products and rotate stock.
• Stock shelves across grocery, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program and keep sample areas clean and appealing.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising.
