Job summary

Whole Foods Market Marlboro is seeking a Team Member to support the Grocery team by stocking shelves, preparing product, and providing friendly service. You will help maintain appealing displays and ensure product freshness while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-faces, rotates, and checks codes.
• Stocks shelves, bulk bins, frozen, and dairy cases; maintains back stock.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas clean and full.
• Completes required worksheets for spoilage, sampling, temperatures, and sweeps.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Adheres to schedule, attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and handles phones politely.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains cleanliness.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and accepts duties from leadership.
