Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a friendly Team Member to support grocery operations, stocking shelves, preparing product, and maintaining displays according to WFM standards. You will deliver courteous service, front-face products, and uphold health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include open/close duties, price accuracy, keeping back stock organized, and supporting sampling programs while promoting company initiatives to shoppers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display by front-facing and stocking.
• Stock and clean shelves, bulk bins, dairy and frozen.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Support sampling program and keep areas full.
• Record spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Open, mid, and closing duties; accurate pricing.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
