Qualifications

• Retail experience of 18+ months and 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Knowledge of store operations, layout, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Analyzes sales, reports, and labor metrics.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and stays aware of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and handles paperwork for vendors.
• Takes lead in Team Leader absence and resolves team concerns.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Fosters positive teamwork and morale.
• Responds to customer needs and directs staff.
• Trains and mentors Team Members; conducts performance evaluations.
• Communicates the company's vision and goals.
