Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience
• 6+ months of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of store policies and procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to lead and develop team members and mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets with Team Leader.
• Analyzes sales reports and labor data to optimize performance.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and stays aware of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and submits paperwork for vendor processing.
• Resolves team concerns or issues with leadership.
• Act as point person in absence of Team Leader and ensure smooth operations.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Fosters a positive environment and strong teamwork.
• Directs Team Members to meet customer flow needs and satisfaction.
• Trains and mentors Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides timely, thorough performance evaluations.
• Models company vision and goals for the team.
