Sprouts Farmers Market in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help lead one of our busiest store teams. You will support the Grocery Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and achieving store goals.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail management, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and strong leadership to coach staff toward high performance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership to build and motivate staff.
• Detail oriented with analytical and planning skills.
• Must lift/move heavy items: milk trays up to 60 lbs.
• Must move boxes up to 50 lbs up to 5 ft.
• Able to squat/kneel for access up to 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager with department productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and customer service experience.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort deliveries.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
