Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with customer focus.
• Leadership ability to motivate staff and meet goals.
• Detail-oriented with planning and organizational skills.
• Must lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing department for productivity and profit.

• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
