• Assist customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate with teammates and help assign tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet service goals and standards.
• Support training and cross-training to improve productivity.
• Assist with scheduling to improve engagement and store performance.
• Ensure product freshness and proper rotation and dating policies.
• Guide safety and compliance with food safety standards in daily work.
• Lead efforts in ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display.
• Create an inclusive environment that reflects Meijer culture.
