Qualifications

• Supports training new team members and cross-training high potential talent.
• Assists with department scheduling to improve engagement and profitability.
• Ensures freshness of products through rotation and dating policies.
• Guides the team in food safety standards and safe work practices.
• Leads team in ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display.
• Participates in store initiatives and may lead in other departments.
