Sprouts Farmers Market in Richardson, TX is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to lead one of the store’s busiest teams and help customers make healthy food choices through outstanding service.

You will assist the Grocery Manager with department planning, ordering, inventory controls, training, and safety compliance, while driving shop standards, teamwork, and profit. This role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage staff
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and multitasking skills

Responsabilités

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team
• Unload deliveries and ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
