Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Coordinator to lead daily department operations, schedule, stock, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining food safety standards.

You will supervise the department team, contribute to ads, training, and promotions, and support growth opportunities for internal staff. A high school diploma, 2-3 years retail experience, and 1 year of management are preferred; natural foods experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
