Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet needs.

• Supports disciplinary actions and exit decisions as needed.
• Achieve store sales, labor and margin goals for the department.
• Ensure product pricing, safety and shelf presentation are up to standard.
• Train and mentor department team members, including hourly staff.
• Maintain clean, organized backrooms and compliant stores.
