You will lead staffing, training, and ensure food safety while driving sales, labor and margin goals in a growing, promotion-minded environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience and 1 year in a supervisory position, with Serv Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring.
