Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school education; college education is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the supermarket industry with management training.
• Working knowledge of store management and operations.
• Ability to lead decisively and provide effective leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Basic math skills for discounts, margins, markups, and inventory reporting.
• Ability to verify vendor invoices and complete inventory/receiving reports.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
