Paycom - ATS is seeking a Produce Department Manager to oversee the Produce Department, ensuring optimal sales, inventory control, and member/customer satisfaction in a fast-paced grocery setting.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating weekly labor, training new employees, and executing merchandising plans to maximize displays and promotions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Basic mathematical ability (add/subtract/multiply/divide) and ability to count.
• Able to communicate complex instructions to supervisors, coworkers and employees.
• Stable work and educational history.
• Ability to read and write English and understand numeric data.
• Judgment in merchandising, scheduling, pricing, and supervision decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and handle questions/requests/complaints with courtesy.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for Produce Department staff.
• Train and orientate new Produce Department employees.
• Ensure displays are full, rotated, and seasonally themed; manage promotions.
• Order and verify produce stock from vendors to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Supervise backroom prep, receiving, labeling, and case sorting; maintain cleanliness and safety.
