Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will enforce policies, supervise staff, monitor breaks, minimize overtime, and support the Store Manager in achieving store goals.

You will lead department teams, supervise opening/closing, assist with inventories, ensure customer service standards, and document incidents and performance feedback as required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building skills to supervise staff.
• Strong communication skills to foster teamwork and customer service.
• Intermediate math and computer literacy in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Food Handler's Certificate within 10 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce store/department policies and supervise staff.
• Oversee opening/closing of store and departments.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Respond to customer questions and assist departments.
• Document incidents and complete required reports.
• Assist with quarterly inventories and staff evaluations.
