Executive Leadership Solutions seeks a Store Manager to own daily store performance, lead the floor, and drive guest experience. You will ensure sales and profitability goals are met while operating in compliance with policies and procedures.

On the sales floor daily, you will coach department leads, monitor merchandising, service levels, and operational metrics. You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Quality Control to sustain consistency, reduce shrink, and build a bench of future

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of grocery retail operations.
• Leadership coaching and performance management experience.
• Bilingual preferred (English & Creole/Spanish/Portuguese).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Mansioni

• Lead store audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor department leadership; conduct regular 1:1 development meetings.
• Monitor store KPIs including Sales, Gross Profit, Payroll %, and Supplies %.
• Provide onboarding and leadership training; participate in evaluations and accountability conversations.
• Lead regular performance meetings with store teams and coordinate with HR, Asset Protection, and Quality Control.
• Support cross-department initiatives (HR, Marketing, Operations, AP).
• Promote accountability, engagement, and a customer service culture.
