Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of retail experience with satisfactory performance appraisals.
• Completion of Leadership Essentials Program is required.
• Experience overseeing budgets is desirable.
• 3+ years as an assistant store leader or in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assessments of the store to meet and exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and train develop store associates to meet sales and profit goals.
• Coach and develop associates while promoting inclusion, respect, integrity, and safety.
• Drive merchandising and operational initiatives to keep the store customer-ready each day.
• Meet or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales and profit budgets while reducing shrink.
