Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience, preferably in retail.
• Able to coach and develop teams to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional execution.
• Plan daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, inventory availability, and store presentation.
• Lead with leadership to resolve issues and build relationships.
