Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans and directs work; appraises performance.
• Reviews historical data to forecast sales from ads and promotions; manages inventory and compares profit/loss, sales, shrink, and labor data.
• Maintains sales performance, cash flow, public relations, product quality, and work standards.
• Ensures store readiness and adequate staffing; enforces safety and fiscal controls.
• Executes planograms and merchandising promotions to drive category sales; checks pricing and signage.
