• Passion for retail, operations, and guest service
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, shrink, and other variable expenses
• Detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A coach at heart—committed to developing others and fostering a positive, enthusiastic, guest-focused culture
• Drive and ambition to grow into a Senior Co-Manager role within the company

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction with courtesy, fast service, and front-end excellence
• Support Store Managers and Store Director in building a sales-driven culture
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, forecasting labor needs, and managing labor to meet budgeted goals
• Conduct weekly manager audits covering front-end operations, DSD receiving, and pricing accuracy
• Manage grocery inventory to achieve shrink results
• Monitor store conditions through frequent, detailed store walks and respond quickly to opportunities
• Provide ongoing communication with Store Managers, Field Merchandisers, and store hosts to keep everyone aligned and informed
