You’ll oversee staffing, daily meetings, reporting, and ensure food safety compliance across regulations while driving sales and profitability. A strong people-first mindset and experience in warehouse operations are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Positive leadership with a people first mentality.
• Growth and succession mindset.
• Warehouse management experience required.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations.
• Staffing and managing all associates day to day.
• Daily operations, meetings, and reporting.
• Creating a positive customer experience at all levels.
