Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a similar grocery/retail management role.
• Proven leadership with a people-first mentality.
• Experience with P&L, inventory control, and payroll.
• Food safety/compliance knowledge is important for operations.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations and daily supervision of associates.
• Staffing and managing all associates day to day.
• Oversee daily operations, meetings, and reporting.
• Create a positive customer experience at all levels.
• Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit.
• Ensure food safety compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
