Price Rite of South New Bedford in New Bedford, MA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to direct and develop store staff, protect assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, and maximize sales and gross profits.

The position requires two-plus years of management experience; an Associate Degree is preferred or equivalent. You will lead, train, and evaluate team members, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years related management experience.
• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
