Job summary

Hansen's IGA Market in Cashton, WI seeks a Shift Manager to support store leadership by delivering best-in-class service and overseeing daily operations during the second shift.

You will assist the Store Manager, manage team performance, maintain store conditions, handle opening/closing duties and help with staffing, scheduling and training while prioritizing guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and capable of operating store equipment.
• Experience in food handling or grocery, with leadership preferred.
• Strong teamwork, customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while upholding best-in-class service.
• Lead store areas, set example in operations and staffing.
• Ensure perishables, sanitation, organization and appearance.
• Open/close duties in absence of store leadership.
• Communicate daily needs and production with departments.
• Delegate tasks, train and coach associates.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, displays and inventory.
• Support promotional sales events and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle other store duties as needed.
