Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team supporting a well-known grocery client. You'll get up to speed quickly with online training and learning materials. Representatives work both independently and as part of a great team!

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms preferred.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with 5 AM start.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store staff and management.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
