Job summary

CROSSMARK is looking for an energetic merchandiser to support a major grocery client in-store. You’ll learn quickly via online training and work both independently and with a team to keep shelves stocked and compliant with planograms.

You will merchandise, reset, and stock sections, upload photos, and build strong relationships with store personnel while traveling across stores. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and an early start.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
