Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative to join our growing team, promoting nationally distributed products in major retail locations. You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team, leveraging online training to excel in your role while building professional relationships with store staff.

You will travel to multiple stores within a territory, set up and stock displays, ensure planogram compliance, and maintain accurate pricing and signage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
