Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic merchandiser for our growing team in Owings Mills, MD. You will support our grocery client by merchandising, stocking, and resetting sections according to planograms, and uploading photos via a mobile app.

You will build relationships with store staff, monitor inventory, and ensure pricing and signage accuracy. Availability Monday–Friday with a 5 AM start, travel to multiple stores, 18+, reliable transportation, and bilingual ability are pluses.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
