Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic merchandiser to execute product services at our client's grocery locations in Lincoln, NE. Paid training and flexible field support help you get up to speed quickly as you work both independently and with a team.

You'll reset shelves, manage inventory, and report visits via a mobile app, building strong relationships with store staff. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with store personnel and customers in a professional manner.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for reporting visits.

What You’ll Do:

• Reset and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• New item cut-ins and shelf management.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Available to work Monday – Friday, starting at 8 am. Occasional Fridays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations per day.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
