Job summary

CROSSMARK in the United States is seeking an energetic merchandiser to support our grocery client. You will merchandise, reset, and stock shelves, while building strong relationships with store staff and following planograms.

We provide online training, weekly pay, and the chance to work with multiple stores within a territory. This role requires early starts, travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have availability to work Monday–Friday with a 5 AM start.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliability with transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and internet.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
