Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, personable individual to perform merchandising and product services at client grocery locations. You’ll start with online paid training and work both independently and as part of a great team, contributing to well-executed store results.

You’ll stock, reset shelves per planogram, manage new item cut-ins, and report visits via a mobile app while building strong relationships with store staff. Flexibility and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple locations per day.
• Comfortable using a smart device

What You'll Do:

• Reset and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• New item cut-ins and shelf management.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Available to work Monday – Friday, starting at 8 am. Occasional Fridays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations per day.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
