Qualifications

• Experience handling vendor deliveries and invoices.
• Strong organization and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain an accurate Vendor Receiving Log.
• Verify deliveries against invoices for quality, count, and pricing.
• Process product credits according to company policy.
• Check in all Redner’s deliveries.
• Handle damaged/spoiled products per policy and manage reclamation.
• Process in-store transfers and control vendor traffic at receiving doors.
• Follow Vendor Discrepancy Program procedures and Visitor Badge requirements.
• Assist in billing via Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and post invoices to the receiving log.
• Maintain door security and seal doors at shift end.
• Monitor vendor and unauthorized activity in receiving area.
• Abide by Employee Handbook policies.
• Maintain neat back room and loading dock; inspect fire exits.
