Pineville, LA— Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Grocery Manager to drive department sales and profits while leading a team of partners. You’ll maintain product levels, ensure quality control, and uphold food safety standards to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED with two+ years of related experience.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications are required.
• AML, HIPAA and TABC/LACT/AATC certifications are required where applicable.
• Fuel Operator C training may be required depending on duties.

Responsibilities

• Manages department sales and profits following company practices.
• Provides leadership to department personnel and develops partners.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and quality control; ensures stock rotation.
• Ensures compliance with food safety standards and best practices.
• Oversees scheduling, training, and performance reviews of staff.
