Responsibilities include ordering, inventory controls, staff development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead a busy team.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and supervision.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning and teamwork.
